Built for distributed, async-first teams

Plan the work. Protect the deep work.

A task management workspace designed around how distributed teams actually operate — async updates, shared context, and meetings that earn their place on the calendar.

Platform

One workspace. Every kind of work.

TaskFlow is opinionated about the things that matter — focus time, written context, and shipping — and silent about the things that don't.

Kanban, lists & calendars

Switch between views without losing your place. Every view is a window into the same data — and the same source of truth.

Async standups, on autopilot

TaskFlow posts a daily digest of what each teammate shipped, started, or blocked on. No more 9am meetings across five time zones.

Focus hours that defend themselves

Block deep work, sync windows, and personal time. Notifications route around them so your team can think in peace.

Docs that link to tasks

Write briefs, RFCs, and one-pagers next to the work they describe. Context lives where the team already is — no more lost Notion tabs.

Cycle & capacity planning

See who is over-allocated, which work is at risk, and what slipped — all from a single, calm overview page.

Automations & integrations

Connect your repo, CI, calendar, and chat. Trigger tasks from webhooks, close them from commits, and post summaries to channels you choose.

Workflow

A calm rhythm, without the ceremony.

Most teams adopt TaskFlow without changing how they work — they just stop doing the parts that didn't help. The rest follows naturally.

STEP 01

Set your team's cadence

Define your cycle, focus hours, and async windows. TaskFlow encodes them once and applies them everywhere — without nagging anyone.

STEP 02

Pull work into the week

Members pull tasks they're picking up. Owners approve scope and capacity. Anything ambiguous gets a written brief — automatically drafted if you want.

pull-based planning
STEP 03

Ship, post, iterate

Daily async digests keep everyone aligned. When work lands, summaries post to the right channels automatically. No status meetings required.

FAQ

Common questions, straight answers.

Is TaskFlow really async-first?

Yes. We don't ship a "sync meeting" feature, and we don't try to. The product is built around written updates, shared docs, and async standups. If your team needs a daily video call, that's fine — but the tool is designed to make them optional.

Do you have a free plan?

Yes — up to 10 members, unlimited boards. No credit card, no time limit. It's a real product, not a trial.

How does pricing work for hybrid teams?

Active members are billed, not all members. You can have a 200-person org with 25 active collaborators and only pay for 25. We track active status weekly.

Can I import from another tool?

Yes. CSV importers for the most common task tools, plus a public API for the long tail. Most teams migrate in under a day.

Is there an on-prem option?

Yes, on the Business plan and above. We support single-tenant deployments in AWS, GCP, or Azure, with your choice of region.

What's your data retention policy?

Tasks are retained as long as your workspace is active. Soft-deleted items are kept for 30 days, then permanently removed. Business plans can configure custom retention windows.

Give your team back its deep work.

Set up takes about three minutes. Free for teams up to 10. No credit card, no demo required.
